ATL is an approach of Central Government of India to create an environment of scientific temperament,innovation,creativity amongst Indian students. The labs are dedicated workspaces which provide a platform for young minds to give shape to their ideas through hands-on experience & teach them 21st century skills which will help them in developing their professional & personal skills.The labs are designed to spur the spark of creativity, & go beyond regular curriculum & text book learning.

Uttam School for Girls is taking forward this initiative by NITI Aayog. A number of workshops and brainstorming sessions are held to help students explore their talent. After organising a pre-tinkering session, we have selected a team of 70 committed students from grades VI-XI who will work on the various projects based on the problems the country is facing today. The lab is provided with educational and learn “do it yourself” kits and equipment on- science, electronics, robotics, open source micro controller boards, sensors, 3D printers, etc. We look forward to the vision of creating INNOVATORS who will help in transforming technology and thus leading to the creation of a new India.
